All services provided by Thai Bodhi Thai are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual.
Our policies are designed to protect the wellbeing of our clients and therapists, maintain professional treatment standards, and ensure appointments run smoothly and fairly for everyone.
Arrival & Appointment Policy
Arrival
Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to complete any required forms, discuss your treatment needs, and prepare for your session.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full booked treatment fee may still apply, and we are unable to extend appointments beyond the scheduled finishing time.
Where possible, we will do our best to assist with appointment changes when at least 3 hours' notice is provided, subject to availability.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations
A 20% non-refundable booking fee applies to cancelled appointments. This fee helps secure your appointment time and ensures that a therapist is reserved specifically for your booking.
Rescheduling
Appointment changes require at least 3 hours' notice and are subject to availability.
Each booking may be rescheduled once only. Further changes, insufficient notice, or failure to attend may result in cancellation fees or loss of the booking deposit.
Illness & Hygiene Policy
For the health and safety of our clients and therapists, please do not attend your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, including:
- Cold or flu symptoms
- Fever
- Persistent coughing
- Contagious skin conditions
- Other symptoms that may place staff or other clients at risk
Treatment Stoppage & Refund Policy
Your comfort and wellbeing are important to us. You may ask your therapist to adjust the pressure, technique, treatment area, or stop the treatment at any time.
If you choose to discontinue the treatment within the first 15 minutes, a full refund will be provided.
Once more than 15 minutes of treatment has been provided, the treatment fee becomes non-refundable.
Professional Conduct & Respect Policy
Thai Bodhi is committed to maintaining a professional, safe, and respectful environment for every client and therapist.
We have zero tolerance for:
- Sexual requests or sexual comments
- Inappropriate touching
- Harassment or intimidation
- Aggressive, abusive, or threatening behaviour
- Discriminatory or offensive conduct
- Any request for services outside the professional scope of therapeutic massage
Gift Voucher Policy
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
- Gift vouchers are transferable and may be used by another person.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
- Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired vouchers cannot be replaced or extended.
- Gift vouchers must be presented or otherwise verified at the time of redemption.
- Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.
- Any unused balance will remain on the voucher until its expiry date and cannot be refunded as cash.
- Management reserves the right to refuse vouchers that are invalid, altered, duplicated, or suspected of fraudulent use.
